Proposed Bylaw & Policy Changes

After a review by the Bylaws Committee and the Executive Board, several changes were recommended to the Chapter Bylaws and Chapter Policies. The documents, with the proposed changes as approved by the Bylaws Committee, are attached to this post. As per current bylaw rule, these changes are being provided to the membership via this post 30 days in advance of our Spring General Membership Meeting. A vote to approve or reject the proposed bylaws and policy will occur at that meeting.
