Managing Group Memberships

Does your agency have an APCO or NENA Group Membership?  These group memberships bring lots of value to your agency and staff.  As we try to communicate with our Arizona members, we have identified that the member contact information on file for many agencies is stale.   We understand that managing group memberships takes time, something that most of us never have enough of.  We also understand that that the dollars your agency invested in these group memberships are really hard to come by!   Make the most of these dollars by looking at the employees listed on your group membership and ensuring they are accurate and their contact information is current.  If you have unused memberships, consider giving those to agency technical, training or support staff.  This may even be a great way to delegate the task of managing your group.
